#OCDweek is a worldwide event that serves to dispel myths about Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), break the stigma around mental illness and provide education about the disorder and how to support those affected. For the over 200 million people worldwide living with OCD, public misconception can prevent them from accessing the timely, effective treatment they need to move from suffering to thriving. This #OCDweek, whether you share facts, tell your own story or share your creativity, your support makes a powerful difference.
In 2025, For the first time in history, buildings, bridges and monuments around the world will be glowing teal for OCD Awareness Week – shining a light on Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders (OCRDs) and the lives they impact.
OCD WA is proud to have secured nine iconic structures across Western Australia to join this global initiative! If you see them, let us know by taking a selfie and tagging @ocdwa!
